If you change your mind about an item, our Return Policy makes it easy.
All eligible items* must be returned with original tags attached in sellable condition. Returns received within 7 days of when you receive your item(s) will be eligible for a refund. After 7 days returns or exchanges are eligible for a store credit up to 30 days. Cosmetics and fragrance are eligible for return for store credit only.
*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE (or items marked down 40% or more), mystery mailers, doorbusters, monogrammed/personalized products, earrings, leggings, bodysuits, hair accessories and products, swimsuit one pieces and bottoms, socks, and gift cards.
Customers returning/exchanging greater than 15 products in a 90 day period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days or order will be cancelled and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pre-order item cancellations/changes and pre-authorization item cancellations/changes prior to shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions.Â

How Do Your Sizes Work?
We carry lines from multiple designers including our house brand. There is some slight variation in sizing between brands and we do our best to provide a size chart within the item images if there is one. What Are Your Shipping Options?
All items ship from our store in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred carrier and shipping method, large orders may be shipped via UPS. If your provided mailing address cannot accept mail from USPS or UPS please include that information in the notes section at checkout or reply to your Order Confirmation email. Multiple shipping speeds will be available at checkout. Please note: Your chosen shipping method does not affect production time on preorder and custom items.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country/region is not included in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us at thegirls@prepobsessed.com in order to receive an accurate shipping quote.Â
What Should I Do if an Item is Received Damaged?Â
Should an item arrive damaged please email a photo to thegirls@prepobsessed.com within 7 days of receipt. Please retain all packaging for your photo. We will process a replacement shipment as soon as possible upon receipt of the information.

Returns are happily accepted within 7 days of receipt for a refund. From 7-30 days after receipt returns are accepted for store credit only. Returns/refunds/exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days of receipt. Clothing and shoes may not be exchanged after washing or wear.

What is the Signature Jewelry Replacement Program?
For Prep Obsessed jewelry pieces purchased more than 30 days ago that are damaged from use, we are happy to offer a replacement of the same or similar item (if the original item has been discontinued) for an $8 processing/shipping fee. Please email thegirls@prepobsessed.com for further details.
